The successful candidate will join a team providing high quality administration for the University’s collaborative partnership activities with international partners. This role supports relationships between the University and our international partners. Responsibilities include, for the nominated partner(s) and courses: registration, course related and assessment administration duties, processing enquiries from the partner(s) and within the University, examination and assessment administration, and the maintenance of student databases including unit information leading to progression and award decisions.
We are looking for a clear and confident communicator, displaying excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience of maintaining administrative record systems and providing high quality administrative support in a professional working environment. Knowledge of university student information and reporting systems is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will display a positive hard working and flexible approach to work, will be able to learn quickly and be able to develop a good working relationship with academic staff, administrators and collaborative partners.
