Department of Law and Finance – Undergraduate Finance Programmes

The Department of Law and Finance at the University of Bedfordshire is currently recruiting Hourly Paid Lecturers to contribute to the teaching on its portfolio of undergraduate Finance courses.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering face-to-face teaching at our Luton, Bedford and Milton Keynes campuses. The role includes providing feedback on formative assessments, and carrying out assessment setting, marking and feedback. In line with any changes in Government guidance, teaching and assessment may change to online/blended delivery and you may be asked to adapt the materials accordingly.
We particularly welcome applications from academics or practitioners with expertise in the following subject areas:
Financial Accounting; Management Accounting; Auditing; Taxation; Corporate Finance; Financial Management, Economics and Banking.
You will be an excellent communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and be committed to your own personal development within your area of specialisation. As these opportunities are specifically to support the development and delivery of our taught courses, ideal candidates would have experience in teaching and assessment work. Familiarity with online educational platforms and experience of online teaching would be an advantage.
