The role holder will be required to provide a personal and confidential professional administrative support to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (External Relations) as a member of the Vice Chancellor's Executive Group and to take responsibility for managing the office efficiently.
The PA will report directly to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (External Relations). Responsibilities will include managing their diary including planning, prioritising and managing meetings, receiving visitors normally at senior level, working closely with other areas of the University such as International Office and Academic Partnerships Office and leading and managing overseas travel arrangements including all travel documentation.
