The Audio Visual Senior Programmer/Planner will provide support to over 1500 staff covering 7 sites and 250 teaching rooms across the different campuses. Common support problems dealt with include hardware problems with control system errors, configuration problems with AMX and EXTRON systems.
This role includes installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, designing, programming, upgrading and resolving audio visual hardware and software issues. You will be providing hardware and software support for peripheral with thorough knowledge of the control programming systems. You must be skilled in planning and executing large scale audio visual project for installation of teaching equipment in line with Prince2 methodology.
The AV Senior Programmer/Planner will have deep knowledge and experience of dealing with AV issues such as, projectors, touch screen control panels, interactive white boards, smart software, visualizers, speakers, microphone systems, amps, lecture capture and other peripherals. Have good knowledge in Digital Signage systems and TCP/IP knowledge.
This position requires an individual who is a strong team player with the ability to complete tickets quickly within published service levels (SLA). You must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively in a large HE environment.
