We are looking for an Information Assistant to contribute to the provision of an effective library service at our Bedford campus library out of standard office hours. You are from a customer service background with excellent inter personal skills in dealing with front line enquiries. You will provide excellent customer service and deliver a high quality service. You will undertake a range of library service tasks, contribute to staffing Reader Services’ service points, whether accessed in person, online or by telephone.
The successful applicant will work the following shift pattern for 36 weeks of the main teaching year.
