At the University of Bedfordshire Business School we are entering into an extraordinary period of development across a range of subject areas and departments.
We offer undergraduate, professional and postgraduate programmes to over 5000 students across our three campuses in Luton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. In addition we have over 1500 students studying on our programmes overseas. We have experienced significant growth in our part time and corporate based activities and aim to further enhance our reputation in our very successful international activity.
Department of Law and FinanceThe Department has ambitious plans in place for the future development of the academic provision within our Faculty and are looking to enhance the student experience of our students in areas which lead to enhanced employability.
To support our ambitions we are seeking to make an appointment to our lecturing team as a lecturer or senior lecturer to work within our department on a full time basis. The post holder will be able to cover a range of Human Resource Management topics and more general topics related to the human resource subject area. The post holder will be expected to deliver at undergraduate and postgraduate level across our two main campuses in Luton and Bedford plus the University Centre Milton Keynes and our UK and international partners.
We are seeking applicants with excellent academic qualifications and research experience (or potential depending on grade). Applicants should be active researchers and are expected to have completed a PhD in an appropriate subject area although account is taken of relevant professional standing. Successful applicants are expected to engage actively with the teaching, research, enterprise and employer engagement work of the department.
