We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Marketing, Admissions, Recruitment and Communications (MARC) team in Luton and Bedford as PA / Office Manager. This is a pivotal role and the post holder will provide excellent administrative support for the Director and Deputy Director as well as office management services for the wider team, including establishing and running effective office systems and processes. He or she will be expected to represent the University and the team in an ambassadorial role so excellent communication skills are essential. The postholder will be secretary on several University-level committees so experience of minute-taking is essential.
The postholder will need to have an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
