We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Admissions Team with the award-winning Department of Marketing, Admissions, Recruitment and Communications (MARC) team in Luton and Bedford.
The post-holder will work within the Undergraduate Admissions Team based at our Luton Campus, making decisions on applications and confirming offers, with responsibility for working with our UK partner colleges and across other faculties. He/she will respond to incoming enquiries and clarify information with existing applicants where necessary, acting as a frontline service on behalf of the university. The post-holder will be a key business partner to our UK partners providing effective service to support the admissions function in terms of conversion, admissions and registration targets. The post-holder will need to travel to our UK partner campuses when required.
The post-holder should be educated to Degree standard, or possess relevant qualifications or experience. Knowledge of admissions processes and decision making in HE would be an advantage.
