Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology
Job information
The University of Bedfordshire is continuing the development of academic programmes in the School of Life Sciences at its Park Square Campus. We are looking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology to actively contribute to the development and delivery of academic programmes in Life Sciences. The School currently boasts a team of dynamic research
active staff with expertise in the areas of biomedical, biological and environmental sciences. School of Life Sciences staff members are also affiliated to the Institute of Biomedical and Environmental Science and Technology (
iBEST
).
Successful candidate will hold a PhD in the relevant subject area and an appropriate level of research and teaching experience as detailed in the person specification. The post-holder will develop, deliver and manage units within our suite of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and may act as course co-ordinator. In addition, staff will be expected to contribute to new course development, and research and enterprise development including the supervision of BSc/MSc project students and postgraduate research students. The post-holder will have academic expertise in pharmacology applied in the broader context of healthcare.
