Head of Student Records Office
Job information
Academic Registry is seeking to recruit a Head of Student Records Office to provide leadership for this business critical area of activity. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the quality and performance of the various services within the Student Records Office team, the quality and delivery of its output, and the development of systems
and processes to enhance its efficiency and productivity.
A core requirement will be a thorough grounding in the compilation and submission of data returns to statutory and regulatory bodies, such as HESA. It will also include team responsibility for internal provision of Management Information for various recurrent corporate purposes and delivering against demands for ad hoc requests for student-related management information by internal stakeholders. The successful applicant will need to possess excellent leadership qualities, working effectively with colleagues across the University as well as influencing key stakeholders. It will be essential for candidates to have a wide-based background in Higher Education statutory reporting and a practical and analytical grasp of student administration systems and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate policies and processes.
