We are seeking an individual to join our established
HR team who has experience of managing HR system(s) which contribute to delivery of the end to end employment life cycle and associated activities.
The role holder will be responsible for managing and leading the development, maintenance and implementation of HR planning systems, its infrastructure and procedures to ensure the effective production and management of annual HESA returns, all core HR MI and analysis, advice and statistical information, internal and external to the University.
You will manage and take accountability for the effective utilisation of the existing MI people system (Midland iTrent) for the University, exploiting its capabilities to ensure its successful use by the HR Team and all other internal stakeholders. You will proactively engage with and support all stakeholders, through training and coaching, to embed the MI system as a robust people management tool.
You will be required to actively support all direct and indirect recruitment activities, as well as provide the HR Team with support and expertise relating to ICT including software; contributing to and providing guidance on the development of University policy and procedure as deemed appropriate.
