Our teaching, research and civic engagement make a real impact across business, public services and our community, for example through our innovative Refugee Legal Assistance Programme.
Following significant investment by the University in the learning environment and the student experience, we are seeking to make further appointments to enhance our portfolio in business, management and law education and to help drive our ambitious programme of strategic change. We are seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing for this highly successful and growing area of our business.
Within the Department of International Business, Marketing and Tourism, you will join a growing team of marketing and international business academics, contributing to research informed learning and teaching, with a specific focus on our innovative new Masters programme in Digital Marketing. Alongside this you will contribute to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate marketing courses across our delivery sites in the UK and overseas.
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in digital marketing strategy, search and social media marketing, multi and omni -channel marketing, mobile marketing, consumer identity, web analytics and digital campaign management. Experience of working with relevant Professional Regulatory and Statutory Bodies (PSRBs) would be an advantage, as would experience of curriculum design and development, engagement with external partners and delivering HE provision across a distributed campus.
With a PhD or with equivalent experience in an appropriate subject area, you will be an excellent communicator, will enjoy working as part of a team and will be committed to your own personal development within the marketing subject field.
