An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to join the University's Human Resources Department on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The postholder will be responsible for all administration relating to the employment lifecycle of employees and visiting staff. This will include dealing with end-to-end recruitment along with generalist and transactional HR requirements and supporting Employee Relations issues.
The post holder will support the updating and management of the HR MI system in a timely manner to ensure that data is accurate and up to date and will be expected to develop a good working knowledge of systems and processes in order to facilitate improvements.
We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills and experience, in particular covering the MS Office suite, with an eye for detail who thrives on handling abusy and varied workload. An interest in working in HR and pursuing a career in this area are key, as someone who shares our understanding of the vital importance of effective administrative work.
