Job information
The University of Bedfordshire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Faculty Executive Administrator on a full time basis for a fixed term contract of 12 months. The post holder will be part of a dynamic team working at our Luton Campus to provide administrative support within the Business School. The role is focussed on supporting the Faculty
Executive team. Duties will include organising meetings for the Executive Dean, taking notes and minutes of meetings and office administrative tasks e.g. raising orders and hourly paid staff contracts.
The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in administration. He/she will have experience of office-based administrative activities and will be familiar with the use of IT platforms such as MS Word and Excel. The successful candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and email, and by telephone and will be able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
