We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Admissions Team with the award-winning Department of Marketing, Admissions, Recruitment and Communications (MARC) team in Luton and Bedford.
The post-holder will manage a team of Admissions Officers and Admissions Assistants based at our Bedford Campus. He/she will be responsible for developing processes and ensuring the effective and timely admittance of direct, UCAS Teacher Training and UCAS applications to the University.
The post-holder will provide excellent customer service to applicants, enquirers, internal customers and provide solutions for any issues that arise. He/she will be expected to provide regular statistical reports on the progress of admitting applicants against target, liaising with colleagues across the team, department and university to ensure that recruitment targets are achieved.
The post-holder should hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline or previous substantial experience within HE Admissions.
